Gateway Mode
Connects directly to FlightHub 2via Ethernet or DJI Cellular Dongle 2. DJI Dock 3 operations benefit from extended video transmission coverage in areas with weak signal reception.
Compatibility: DJI Dock 3 with Matrice 4D / 4TD.
An internet connection is required. DJI Cellular Dongle 2 is sold separately; service availability varies by region.
Relay Mode
Relays communications between the drone and its remote controller or DJI Dock 3 without an internet connection. Installation in a high, open location helps reduce signal loss caused by obstacles.
Compatibility: DJI Dock 3, Matrice 400, Matrice 4E / 4T; Matrice 4D / 4TD with RC Plus 2 Enterprise.
An offline relay connection does not provide offline access to cloud services. Mode availability varies by region.

Intelligent power
IP67 protection and IK07 impact resistance prepare the system for demanding field conditions. PoE support, low-power mode and an internal backup battery support operational continuity. Its maintenance-free design supports unattended operation around the clock.
Flexible integration
Support for DJI FlightHub 2, DJI Cloud API and ESDK 2.0 enables integration with different operation platforms. It supports up to four 1080p H.264 video streams from ONVIF- and GB/T 28181-compatible cameras.

- Sub2G and automatic multi-band selection are supported only with Matrice 400; regional restrictions apply. Matrice 400 can be used only in Relay Mode.
- IP67 requires correctly connected cables and installed covers; protection may decline with wear.
- The −40 °C rating applies in windless conditions. Heated startup in cold conditions requires Type 3 or higher. Non-standard PoE and Type 1 are not supported.
- Durations apply to a power outage at room temperature while using PoE in battery protection mode; they may decrease at low temperatures.
